Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Gara and Kawasaki: Page 2, line 24: Delete "May [MARCH]" Insert "March" Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. 2015-03-18 House Journal Page 0513 Representative Hawker objected. Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Millett was required to vote. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 65(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 65(JUD) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 65(JUD) pass the House?" Representative Olson later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 65(JUD), and reconsideration was taken up then.
